We will be prevented from verifying a price match claim if the lower deal you unearthed is actually the disparity made by fees or taxes. Also, matching the price doesn’t apply to bookings that are closed from the general people, e.g.:

  • If it is a blind booking system where clients are informed about their booked hotel only post-payment
  • If it is a rate available in membership programs for regular customers of the hotel, or when such guests employ their loyalty points during payment

How to Place a Claim

To let us know of your claim email us at bestprice@travelunravel.com within 24 hours of making your booking with us, along with the following information:

Your Order Number, which we send attached to your confirmation email.

The website’s name where you discovered the low-priced hotel or city break (Flight + Hotel/Eurostar + Hotel) package, along with the offer’s screenshot and detailed information on the total price.

Your complete name and a permanent contact number in case we require to contact you.

Subsequently, you’ll get an automated acknowledgment of your claim; in the meanwhile, we will investigate the facts and return to with a reply, via email, before three working days are over.

After we verify your claim, do permit 14 days before the payment is credited back to the credit card used while making the actual booking. This will be visible in the form of a second transaction in your card statement. The time needed for the payment to show on your debit or credit card statement differs, so the refunded amount might not appear on your next statement.

Full Terms & Conditions

In the event that you book a Holiday or city break (Flight + Hotel/Eurostar + Hotel) with travelunravel.com and subsequently discover the same Hotel product or package for a cheaper price on another UK website whose cost is quoted in pounds sterling, then we will refund the difference of the cheaper price and our price to you, on the lines of the following term and conditions:

  • The Price Match Assurance is available only for bookings made for a Hotel (that also include Top Secret Hotels) or a city break (Flight + Hotel/Eurostar + Hotel) deal on the UK website of travelunravel.com. It does not include flight bookings or packages that are booked through our Holidays booking plan.
  • The Price Match Assurance only holds for any booking made through the UK website of travelunravel.com, which are then subject to comparisons with deals quoted in pounds sterling prices made on another website.
  • It is mandatory that we receive your email placing a Price Match Assurance claim within the first 24 hours of your booking of a Hotel or city break (Flight + Hotel/Eurostar + Hotel) package. The Price Match Assurance claim should be emailed to the given address and contain all the necessary additional information, which is asked for on the UK website of travelunravel.com.
  • Prior to acknowledging your appeal, we must be certain of the following:
    1. The city break (Flight + Hotel/Eurostar + Hotel) package or Hotel and the product you discovered on another website are matching (which include as required, the similar class of service onboard the flight, the similar flight number, and the similar room type and accommodation facility at the same hotel);
    2. The item you discovered on the other website was open for booking on the given website (i.e. not given to availability issues or on request) when you captured its screenshot, and had a clear and exact estimate.
  • The Price Match Assurance is not subject to lower deals on another website that fall under discount for members, cash back coupons, vouchers, temporary promotions or promo codes.
  • Our assessment of your claim will be based on comparisons of the full prices of products (that includes the price of the item combined with delivery and handling costs besides any taxes, fees or other estimates, which could be paid while booking or during check-in or check-out).
  • Our payment will be directed to the card that made the actual booking.
  • The right to alter or remove the Price Match Assurance, whenever necessary, remains solely ours.
